out of town, you need to have
seen the property before applying.

When bringing in or faxing your application, please bring a copy of your ID and a copy of your last paycheck stub, and the completed application, or we will be unable to process the application. Also please be aware that the $40 application fee must be in Guaranteed funds (Money order or Cash). Personal Checks will NOT be accepted
